Awakening Grace for Government Agencies
This course is designed specifically for public sector agencies that are looking for a fresh approach to DEI workplace training. It includes seven lessons (mini-courses) to teach strategies to uncover unconscious biases through mindfulness.
By ridding your agency or organization of toxic workplace culture, these courses create and increase community cohesion and, as a result, increase profitability by encouraging better outputs.
We will teach your employees how to uncover their unconscious bias, to change false beliefs into positive ones so that they can become the best version of themselves. This will create a better workplace environment for them and result in your employees believing and feeling the importance and value of their contribution to the team.
After individuals take our courses, we offer group training where we teach the group how to put these techniques into practice for a team, applying their new knowledge and tools in a larger team setting. This is a fresh and more lasting approach to DEI workplace training.
